Executive Assistant, Marketing and Admissions for MBA Programmes (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 537121) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with 2 to 3 years’ full-time work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organisational, communication and project management skills; and computer literacy. They should also be good team players, with the ability to work independently and pay great attention to details. Fresh graduates with excellent academic background will also be considered. The appointee will provide administrative support to the operation of admission exercises and to the marketing and admissions outreach events of the MBA programmes. He/She will also be required to assist in admission-related work including record and data maintenance, credentials verifications and document management. He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
