It's more than a job As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How you create impact Regularly and frequently visit all operational departments (CCL/OCC/RCC etc.) and sit with the staff to review operational workflows and do hands-on improvements. Implementing practical solutions in the Air Logistics Operations that is optimizing the way of working in alignment with global standards and consistency. Practical, operational solutions can be any combination of processes, systems (incl. eTouch), KNGS and any other method that is solving our business problems. Work closely with Customer Care, Operational Care and Revenur Care Managers as well as on a project basis with the Global Operations Optimization Team and any other team within Global Air Logistics to achieve the defined objectives in each respective area. Leading the national Operations Optimization Team, if applicable. Ownership and management of Operations Optimization Projects and Initiatives in the country, including: Contribution to concept definition and design collaboration with the Global Operations Optimization Team Operational validation and engagement with Operations Managers (CCL, OCC, RCC etc.) Implementation and success management of operational solutions and system usage Acting as the interface for the MA-OM as well as MA-IS Teams into the country organization, particularly for support and test case definition Driving and improving processes in collaboration with the KNGS What we would like you to bring 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a complex operational or logistics environment. A minimum of 2 years of international exposure would be preferable. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of leadership experience, including team management and stakeholder engagement. Experienced in air logistics would be preferred. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
