Business Analyst - AI Adoption

Seeking an AI Adoption Business Analyst to drive enterprise AI initiatives, bridge business and technology teams, and accelerate digital transformation outcomes. Job Duties: Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements for AI and digital innovation initiatives. Drive AI adoption projects by translating business needs into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and prioritized delivery backlogs. Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize value through AI-enabled solutions. Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, progress tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate AI proof-of-concept initiatives, from business case validation and feasibility assessment through testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and product owners to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives and user expectations. Plan and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, integration testing, and regression testing, while managing issue resolution and quality assurance activities. Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, supporting continuous enhancements, performance reviews, and adoption improvements. Prepare project reports, user guides, training materials, and presentation decks to facilitate change management and user engagement. Track solution performance, usage trends, and adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization. Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive successful AI transformation and user adoption. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT project delivery, digital transformation, or technology-driven initiatives. Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project delivery frameworks. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, UAT coordination, and quality assurance processes. Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical technology or AI-driven solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and innovation. Experience with digital platforms, workflow automation, AI applications, or enterprise transformation projects will be an advantage. Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
