As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will: Work with the team to develop project-related details. Coordinate various trades on-site. Supervising and managing subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance. Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients. To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities: Knowledge and experience in fit-out. Experience in project documentation, including progress reports. Relevant academic qualifications in Construction Management, Building Studies, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in Grade A corporate workplace / interior fit-out projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Self-motivated, independent, and proactive problem-solver with ability to work under pressure.
