Role and Responsibility: Relationship Manager of Corporate Banking Marketing for Japanese Corporate Business Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular meetings and strategic engagement. Identify and understand client business needs to offer appropriate banking products and services (corporate loans, syndicated loans, trade finance, treasury solutions, cash management, etc.). Prepare detailed credit proposals, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and recommend suitable financing structures. Ensure all transactions comply with the bank’s risk management policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.). Achieve assigned revenue and portfolio growth targets through loan growth, cross-selling, and fee income. Work closely with product specialists and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Requirements: Possess Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, Banking or Finance 10 years of working experience in corporate banking Prefer candidate with financial background and experience of corporate analysis and basic knowledge of corporate finance
