With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high calibre to join their Investment Product team for an Equity Product Development Manager position. About the role Reporting to the Team Head of Equity Product, you are responsible for formulating and developing product plans of Equity and participating in new product launch programs. You have to manage product development, digital projects and sales channel management in achieving business targets. You will perform product workflow streamline and regulatory review to ensure the smooth launch of equity products. You are required to support marketing strategy and explore customer segment to achieve business growth. In addition, you will conduct market forecast and working on digital banking projects to maximize business revenue. The successful applicant To qualify, the successful individual must possess: Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Equity Product Development in retail banks. All-rounded knowledge in product design, marketing strategy, product regulatory requirements and digital banking projects. Strong business sense, good project management skills and able to work independently. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/ or Mandarin).
