This Business Analyst/Operations role in the insurance industry focuses on using Copilot and Power Automate to optimise technology processes. Based in Hong Kong, this temporary position offers a renewable contract and involves supporting operational efficiency and system improvements. Client Details Our client is a well-established insurance organisation undergoing digital transformation initiatives. Description Gather and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders across various functions Work closely with business users to identify process improvement and automation opportunities Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand operational challenges and business needs Support the implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions within business operations Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy Power Automate workflows Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution Provide training and change management support to business users Prepare project documentation, process maps, and business reports Profile 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within operations or digital transformation projects Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its business applications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate or related workflow automation tools Strong requirement gathering and process mapping skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience supporting UAT and system implementation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Insurance industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related disciplines Job Offer Competitive monthly salary.
