Job Requirements Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management or other related fields. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with an interest in the financial industry are also encouraged to apply. Able to communicate and write effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia due to the nature of the business. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively. Responsible, disciplined and willing to take on new challenges. Job Responsibilities Conduct research on financial products and market developments. Assist in reviewing and analyzing clients' financial profiles for personal financial planning. Participate in company meetings, conferences and training sessions. Assist with customer relationship management for corporate clients. Gain exposure to HR activities, including the recruitment and screening of potential interns. Assist in preparing and drafting financial planning documents. Provide general administrative and operational support to financial consultants and advisors. Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the management from time to time.
