Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee the company’s human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization’s overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration . Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and other applicable government requirements . Oversee payroll, timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employee records. Develop employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace concerns. Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and other management reports. Lead HR projects and process improvements to enhance overall HR efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of employee information and HR documentation. Serve as a strategic HR partner to management and provide recommendations on people-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field . At least 5 years of progressive HR experience , preferably with managerial or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices . Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR administration. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems. Must be willing to work on-site in San Juan City . Can start ASAP
