About the job Our client is a well-established food importer and distributor representing numerous prestigious Japanese food brands in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join their retail and consumer department. In this role, you will work closely with management and a dynamic team to support daily retail operations, engage with buyers, and drive business growth across major supermarkets, convenience stores, and department stores. Position Sales Executive (FMCG) Location Tsuen Wan Job Responsibilities Manage Key Account customers on a daily basis to resolve business-related issues Work closely with management to support retail sales operations and negotiate with buyers Deliver and develop the company’s sales plan and profit targets Handle budget & demand-forecast management Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles Prepare regular reports on sales performance and analyses Support any other ad-hoc sales projects Requirements Higher Diploma or above 2+ years work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry and solid experience in managing Key Accounts Basic knowledge of Japanese food products Multichannel experience in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, and Department Stores is a definite advantage Result-oriented, smart, with strong project management and negotiation skills Willingness to learn and ability to work independently Able to work well in a team environment and under stress, with a strong problem-solving mindset Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Japanese language knowledge is a plus (not must) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits Double pay Discretionary bonus Sales incentive Medical insurance & dental benefit 5-day work, 09:00-18:00 daily Up to 18 days annual leave ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※ Interested candidates, please submit your FULL RESUME in English/ Japanese by clicking Apply Now. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
