MULAN ABORIGINAL CORPORATION (MAC) East Kimberley Western Australia [See Mulan Aboriginal Community] YOUTH PROGRAM COORDINATOR (YPC) Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000/annum Mulan is a small remote Indigenous community about 300kms south of Halls Creek in the East Kimberley Reion of WA, with a population of about 120 people. Mulan is situated on the north eastern edge of Lake Gregory (Paraku), an Indigenous Protected Area. The Mulan Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to lead their on-site Mulan Youth Program (MYP). A full-time position, the Youth Program Coordinator (YPC) will plan, deliver, evaluate and improve the Program, at the direction of the MAC Board, Elders, the MAC Children and Youth Steering Group (CYSG) and with support from MAC management and support staff (including up to 5 local Indigenous Youth Workers/Mentors) and in conjunction and collaboration with the Reimagining Mulan Project Team and other relevant contributors active in the region. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS Remuneration Package · Negotiated in the range of $85,000 - $120,000/annum; depending on level of formal qualifications, experience, breadth of agreed responsibilities, and capacity to undertake program reporting and other higher order tasks with minimal assistance. · Rent free, furnished accommodation · Mobile phone · Work vehicle (for work purposes only) · Annual return airfare to Perth · 6 weeks annual leave · Contract period: 21 months - 1 October 2026 – 30 June 2028. The successful applicant will be expected to: · Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays (the MYP runs 6 days a week). · Travel as required. · Participate in cultural awareness and professional development. · Comply with all MAC organisational policies and procedures.
