Senior Officer, Product Development ( Textile, Double Pay, Bonus, MNC)

To expand the business, our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position: Responsibilities: Responsible for product development lifecycle for branded textile programs, major airline tenders, and industry exhibitions Lead end-to-end textile product development from initial brief to presentation-ready samples Manage compressed timelines effectively and deliver fast-tracked sampling programmes Partner closely with the Design team to source fabric samples, share material innovations, and leverage AI simulation tools Maintain a responsive workflow with the Project Management team through timely communication and on-time submission of required information to support client-facing deadlines Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost control Support product development by coordinating quotations and samples according to customer requirements Handle any ad-hoc projects as assign Requirements: Higher diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline is preferred 4-6 years experience in textile product development, manufacturing logistics, apparel, or global procurement Strong understanding of textile structures, fabric compositions, manufacturing constraints, and international compliance standards Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for costing analysis; familiarity with digital design or AI fabric simulation software is an asset Good command of both Chinese and English Independent and self-motivated Interested parties, please click “apply now” or send your resume with current and expected salary in MS word format to candylai @headsearch21.com.
