Senior Lead - Data, Analytics & AI

About the Role This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving enterprise-wide innovation and overseeing the execution of transformation initiatives. The role calls for strong command of data, analytics, and AI to unlock business growth, improve operational efficiency, and embed a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities Define and implement an innovation roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and market trends. Leverage data, analytics, and AI to develop innovative policies, processes, and products that drive business growth. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-wide programs. Use data analytics and insights to identify market opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience. Establish AI-driven systems to support predictive decision-making and strategic foresight. Contribute to workforce upskilling in analytics, AI, and innovation methodologies. What We're Looking For At least 12 years of experience in data engineering design and development, including people management experience. Experience leading and providing technical guidance to data engineers. Experience planning and managing end-to-end delivery and work allocation within a team. Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL (Oracle, MS SQL), Informatica PowerCenter, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Qlik Replicate , with knowledge of CDC for real-time ETL processing. Solid track record delivering IT projects, with strong expertise in system and technology implementation. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging business users on requirements and analysis.
