Senior Executive, Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including process flows, screen mockups, product features, and system outputs, in collaboration with business stakeholders. Work closely with IT developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful system enhancements. Investigate and troubleshoot system issues reported by users, recommend appropriate workaround solutions, and support the stability and performance of IT and digital applications. Maintain and standardize business analysis documentation, system master data, master tables, and printing overlays to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and effective system governance. Support IT and digital initiatives by contributing to project delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and undertaking additional projects or assignments as required.
