Process Analyst — Operating Model & Process Optimisation (APAC) Senior and Mid-Level positions available Location: [Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — to be confirmed] Engagement: [Contract / 12 months] About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation to build out their APAC process optimisation capability. This is a chance to work on operating model design and transformation initiatives spanning multiple markets across the region, with genuine scope to shape how the business operates rather than simply document how it currently does. Two positions are available — one senior and one mid-level — supporting operating model design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement across APAC operations. What You'll Be Doing Conducting current-state process analysis and designing future-state operating models Mapping processes using BPMN or equivalent notation Identifying and assessing change impacts across people, process, and systems Facilitating optimisation workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs Leveraging automation and AI tools to accelerate documentation and analysis Partnering with regional stakeholders to embed continuous improvement practices Senior Process Analyst 10–15+ years' experience delivering complex process optimisation initiatives end-to-end Strong process modelling capability and hands-on data analysis skills Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across functions Insurance background strongly preferred Mid-Level Process Analyst 7–10 years' relevant experience Solid process mapping and documentation skills Experience contributing to change or transformation programmes Insurance exposure much preferred but not essential — strong process analysts from adjacent financial services or regulated industries will be considered What Would Set You Apart Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent process improvement certification Experience working across multiple APAC markets and cultures Familiarity with process mining, RPA, or AI-enabled documentation tools Comfort operating with autonomy in an evolving scope
