At Intogreat, we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about talent, confident in proactive sourcing, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll take ownership of recruitment across a variety of roles while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Your day-to-day will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates against role requirements Proactively sourcing top talent using job boards, social media, Boolean search, and other channels Building and maintaining talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs Engaging passive candidates with compelling outreach and strong relationship-building Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on hiring strategies Providing market insights, recruitment updates, and recommendations to support hiring decisions Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all involved Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting in ATS systems Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives What we’re looking for We’re keen to hear from recruiters who are proactive, relationship-driven, and highly organised, with a passion for finding great talent. You’ll bring: Proven experience in recruitment (and sourcing) Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes Experience in proactive sourcing and talent mapping Experience in a BPO environment is advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms A high level of ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail Why join IntoGREAT?
