Key Resposbilities Responsible for overall project management and co-ordination of comprehensive development of residential projects (Kitchen cabinets) Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization and innovative techniques related to selective costruction processes Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts related to the projects Liaison with Client, Architect and consultants for performance and co-ordination of the project Qualifications Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subjects Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Charted Surveyor or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience in project managment within the construction industry Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management and project financials Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills Knowledge of AUTOCAD is an advantage
