PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities: Project & Operations Delivery : Formulate full-lifecycle construction plans, milestone schedules, and resource schemes to ensure timely project delivery in accordance with company policies. Commercial & Cost Management: Establish quotations and strictly monitor project budgets and expenditures. Review variation orders (VOs), claims, and sub-contracts to keep overall costs within budget. Site Leadership & Subcontractor Control : Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and designers. Monitor daily progress and stringently control craftsmanship quality and performance. Stakeholder & Liaison Management : Serve as the primary interface with clients, architects, consultants, and Building Management Offices (BMO). Chair internal reviews and report regularly to Senior Management. Technical Problem Solving & Innovation : Proactively identify construction bottlenecks and contractual risks. Implement preventive measures, innovative techniques, and drive solutions for project roadblocks. Safety, Quality & Compliance : Enforce QA/QC systems, safety plans, and environmental guidelines to ensure zero-accident targets. Maintain precise project documentation and ensure strict compliance with building codes. Requirements: Minimum 4 years in construction/fit-out project management, including at least 1 years in a managerial role handling full-lifecycle fitting-out and handover in Hong Kong; Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Interior Design or relevant studies; Proficient in MS-Office, MS-Project and AutoCad; Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, standards and building codes; Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and strong problem solving skills; Mature, proactive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills are required; Willing to travel to Mainland China; Immediate availability is highly preferred ; We offer: Performance bonus; Medical, overtime meal and transportation allowance; Young and dynamic work environment; Free snacks and drinks in office; Regular company activities including field trip, festival dinner, Christmas party, Lucky Draw and more; Excellent career advancement opportunities and massive support from company for your personal growth Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
