We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an RM & Admin Assistant . This is a dynamic role that combines operational management, client onboarding, and general office administration within a fast-growing external asset management (EAM) / family office firm. You will be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team that values accountability, precision, and client excellence. Responsibilities Client & Intermediary Communication: Facilitate effective communication between high-net-worth (HNW) clients, Relationship Manager (RM), and global financial institutions. Onboarding & KYC Management: Attend bank meetings, assist with client onboarding, and follow up on end-to-end KYC document collection and ongoing account maintenance. Operational Coordination: Collaborate actively across external counterparties, internal compliance, and operations teams to address client needs and streamline operational workflows. RM & Relationship Support: Support Relationship Manager (RM) in servicing HNW clients, including meeting setups, itinerary planning, tea/reception arrangements, and daily engagement support. Office Administration: Handle daily office administration, schedule meetings, manage meeting room reservations, prepare meeting minutes, and handle courier letter / parcel reception and distribution. Your Skills and Experience Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in operations, client relationship management, corporate administration, or compliance. Languages: Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory. A good command of English and Cantonese is strongly preferred. Attributes: Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and strict confidentiality awareness regarding sensitive financial client data. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Industry Knowledge: Keen interest and entry-level understanding of financial market practices, investment products, and wealth management operations. Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished professional suitable for HNW client interactions. Efficiency & Tech: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to getting the job done efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). What We Offer Competitive Remuneration: HKD 23,000 – HKD 27,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) plus full statutory benefits and paid leave.
