Remuneration Package: Competitive remuneration package, 5-day-work Annual leave starting from 14 days Medical and health insurance coverage, body check Discretionary bonus Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable supports of various infra systems, servers and virtualization farm in more than 1,000 Server VM farm. Take lead or assist to lead on critical infrastructure and cloud projects, and manage according to the schedule, cost and deliverables Ensure the Production Environment in company standard and compliance requirement. Provide Infrastructure support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Plan and execute Active Directory upgrade projects, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Manage Exchange server migrations, maintaining data integrity and seamless communication flow. Oversee and implement Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) upgrades to enhance performance and user experience. Develop, deploy, and maintain mobile MDM and MAM solutions to ensure the secure and efficient management of mobile devices and applications. Provide monitoring on servers and perform proper remedy actions to ensure minimum impacts to server performance and up-time. Provide Security Patching and OS End of Live Upgrade on all related infrastructure facilities. Ensure all infrastructure environments are running with HA, DR and BCP standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals. Requirement: Degree in IT or related discipline preferable but not necessary if with adequate job experience. At least 3 years proven experience in a system and infrastructure role, preferable in financial industry. Excellent knowledge of best practices with around administration, management, control, and monitoring of IT infrastructure systems. Strong knowledge and technical skills on Server administrations, VDI and Security patching Hands-on experience in Microsoft & VMware Products including AD, Exchange, Azure, M365, ADFS, Configuration Manager, Teams, VDI, Airwatch etc. Good working knowledge and experience on System and Server HA, DR & BCP exercises. Enjoy team work and sharing of experience with knowledge and able to work independently etc. Willing to adapt the environment to support the rapidly expanding financial institution. Proactivity to learn new skills and knowledge regularly. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
