Job Description: Brand Nature: Healthcare & Diagnostic Services Job Title: Programmer Location: Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Programmer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications and systems that support business operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, building quality software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable applications. Roles & Responsibilities: The Programmer will be expected to: Gather, review, and analyze user requirements to develop effective system solutions. Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and systems. Develop new programs and system enhancements based on business and operational requirements. Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance. Enhance and maintain existing applications by modifying program codes and improving functionalities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and operating procedures. Provide ongoing application and system support to users and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the IT Manager. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, development methodologies, and best practices. Participate in on-call support duties based on the standby roster and respond within a reasonable timeframe when required. Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience* in software or web application development. Proficient in Angular* for developing responsive and user-friendly front-end applications. Strong experience in .NET and C#* for back-end development, system integration and API development. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer*, with the ability to manage both front-end and back-end development independently. Sound knowledge of SQL*, including database design, query development, performance optimisation and data management. Added advantage - Practical experience using Claude AI or similar AI-assisted coding tools to generate, review, debug and optimise code efficiently. Benefit: EPF + SOCSO Annual Leave + Medical Leave
