Position Overview We are looking for a forward-thinking AI & Automation Developer to help drive efficiency across our organization. In this role, your primary mission is to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline our daily workflows. The ideal candidate is someone who loves solving operational puzzles, investigate how to leverage modern AI tools to upgrade productivity and improve customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Workflow Automation: Evaluate existing manual processes, design, develop and implement enterprise-grade AI- centric solutions to drive operational efficiency and customer experience improvements. System Integration: Connect disparate business tools and software using APIs and AI workflows to ensure seamless data flow. Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic or Google Vertex APIs. Data Optimization: Revamp and maintain existing data structures, ensuring high efficiency in data handling. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams to understand their operational pain points and provide technical assistance or documentation on newly automated processes. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and internal training guides to ensure scalability and security standards. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in developing automation scripts or integrating AI tools (e.g., Python, VLM, LLM APIs, or low-code automation platforms like Make/Zapier). Develop agentic AI workflows (multi-step, tool-enabled assistants that can take action) Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to map out complex workflows. Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to deployment. Clear communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical team members. Strong proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Power Query) and a solid command of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate legacy spreadsheet processes is an advantage.
