Recreation Manager

About the role The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association is seeking a Recreation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis . Based in Kowloon Tong, Kowloon City District , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the recreational facilities and programmes offered to our residents. As Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a diverse range of recreational activities and services that enrich the quality of life for our community members. This position is integral to fostering a vibrant, engaged, and connected residential community. Key responsibilities To supervise the recreation and operation staff to provide high-quality of services; To improve the service level and to set operation standard to enhance the services of the Club; To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints; To arrange and attend Management / Committee Meetings and to prepare documents, reports and minutes; To enhance the communication between members for collecting feedback on the Club's services. To carry out other reasonable duties as may be assigned by General Manager; Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required. What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recreation management, community services, or a related field within a residential or community setting, preferably with Club or Hospitality background Strong knowledge of recreational programme development, facility management, and community engagement best practices Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful recreational events and activities Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents of all backgrounds and age groups Demonstrated budget management experience Sound knowledge of health, safety, and risk management principles relevant to recreational facilities Proficiency in computer systems and office software applications Relevant qualifications in Sports Management, Recreation Management, or Community Services are advantageous A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for community wellbeing and engagement Bachelor’s degree or above in Sports, Recreation Management, or related fields About us The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association is a dynamic and community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing the residential experience of our members in Kowloon Tong.
