Stakeholder Management & Executive Alignment Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary strategic partner to Business Unit Directors, translating business vision into tangible project deliverables. Technical & PM Proficiency: Advanced hands-on proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet , and modern project management software/methodologies. Language Skills: Native or fluent in English (written & spoken); professional proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for regional collaboration Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership & Execution End-to-End Ownership: Direct and deliver complex, multi-regional retail shopfitting and supply chain projects from strategic inception through to flawless execution. Strategic Alignment: Define overarching project scopes, key milestones, risk management frameworks, and actionable roadmaps aligned with corporate growth targets. Commercial & Resource Control: Supervise project budgets, schedules, quality benchmarks, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiency. Candidate Qualifications Required Experience & Education Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of progressive project management experience within Retail, Shopfitting, Sourcing, Store Operations, or Global Supply Chain . Track Record: Proven history of successfully managing and executing large-scale, complex projects across international or multi-site retail environments. Essential Skills & Competencies Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable influencing at senior leadership levels.
