Site Supervisor – Hospital Project | Geelong Contract Position | Immediate Start | Until End of 2026 The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Tier One contractor on a major hospital project in Geelong . This is an immediate-start contract position running through to the end of 2026 , with the opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project within a strong project team. About the Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and in accordance with programme requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Supervising subcontractors and site-based trades Coordinating day-to-day site activities and sequencing Monitoring progress against programme Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors Assisting with site documentation, inspections and reporting Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise Maintaining strong communication across the project team About You To be considered for this position, you will have: Proven Site Supervisor experience within a Tier One contractor Previous experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects Healthcare / hospital project experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site coordination and subcontractor management Excellent communication and organisational skills A strong focus on safety, quality and programme Ability to work effectively within a large project team Relevant construction qualifications and tickets What's on Offer Immediate start Contract through to end of 2026 Major hospital project in Geelong Opportunity to work with a Tier One contractor Strong project team and professional working environment Potential for further contract opportunities upon completion
