Technician / Tradesman 技術員 (Building Maintenance) (Secondment to MTRC) 工作時間: 08:30-18:00/ 23:00-08:30 (6 days) *通宵班工作為主 ： 每晚額外通宵班津貼：HK$600 (即15晚=$9000) 基本薪酬：HK$24,000 至 HK30,000 (按工作經驗而定) ; 有雙糧 工作地點: 各地鐵沿線 🚝 👉🏻 包括但不限於：東涌 迪士尼 機場 試用期： 試用期3個月後，有12日大假 及醫療咭。 Responsibilities 職責: • 負責車站和附屬建築物之屋宇維修工作 ，包括水喉、潔具、門鎖、金工、油漆、木工及泥水等 • 帶領小隊工作，與其它部門和承辦商協調維修工作 • 需輪班工作 (包括在惡劣天氣情況下參與緊急維修) Requirements 資格要求: • 具中三程度並完成學徒訓練或具有最少五年相關工作經驗 • 持有由認可機構發出的相關建造業技能測試證書可獲優先考慮 • 懂基本英語優先考慮 • 持有有效輕型貨車駕駛執照或電牌可獲優先考慮 We offer successful candidates a remuneration package, comprehensive benefit package and excellent career prospects.
