Job Responsibilities: Supervise the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and record management. Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the HR team, providing guidance and coaching. Develop and improve HR procedures and work processes to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate and monitor training administration. Support manpower planning, performance management, and other HR projects for Shared Services Division. Prepare HR reports and perform other duties as assigned by management. Ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time Job Qualifications Education Required: At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent. Experience Required: At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role. Prior experience in the Singapore construction industry is added advantage. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, employment practices, and MOM guidelines/regulations is required. Candidates who are currently overseas must be willing to relocate and work in Singapore Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Employment Practices. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Pro-active, self-motivated, and attentive to details. Ability to handle sensitive and high level of confidential information with discretion and resolve HR-related issues. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability of work experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry will be an-added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR Software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Team player with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
