Key Responsibilities: · Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and overall business objectives. · Develop and expand customer base; build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the industry. · Manage and resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, cost, logistics, and technical matters in a timely and professional manner. · Utilize manufacturing knowledge to advise clients on product specifications and material selection. · Develop and enhance marketing materials using AI tools to support business development initiatives. · Perform ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.
