We are looking for Contract Business Analyst (AI Project Focus) . You will be involving… Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories, process flows, and backlog items. Coordinate Agile project delivery activities, including sprint planning, progress tracking, testing, and release management. Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support AI platform initiatives, including chatbots, knowledge assistants, and Generative AI use cases. Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders. Coordinate UAT, defect management, and post-production enhancements to ensure solution quality. Drive process improvements and support AI adoption across business functions. We are looking for… Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT project delivery, or digital transformation projects, preferably with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot experience. Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery, and testing coordination. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project tracking tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in AI, chatbot, GenAI, digital platform, or automation projects is an advantage. Fluent in English and Cantonese (including Putonghua is an advantage).
