Job Responsibilities: Conduct manufacturing process engineering improvement and evaluation, efficiency and machine capability measure for productivity and processing yield rate control, material usage variance analysis; Liaise with Quality and R&D team for product quality and packaging matter, conduct new product and new material trial run; Working close with plant engineering team, supply chain team and production team for both processing equipment and logistic flow evaluation, including ERP system deployment, Food safety and Work Safety compliance and implementation effectiveness measure; Establish and review systematic shopfloor process skill and know-how training. Job Requirement: Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other Engineering Disciplines; At least 1 years working experience and preference those with interest in Food Manufacturing Industry or equivalent; Exposure to project management, ISO9000 or FSSC22000 system will be an advantage; Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and good analytical mind, team player; More experience will be considered as Officer. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
