Role Description: · Hybrid role based in Kowloon, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time · Focuses on advising corporate clients on employee benefits, group insurance, and pension solutions that align with their business goals and workforce needs · Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client requirements, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and supporting negotiations to secure and retain corporate accounts · Collaborate closely with internal teams such as underwriting, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing servicing of client solutions · Involves monitoring market trends, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives to drive growth in the company’s corporate solutions portfolio. Qualifications: · Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, with experience presenting and communicating complex solutions to corporate stakeholders · Solid understanding of insurance, employee benefits, and retirement or pension products, ideally within a corporate solutions or financial services environment · Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, interpret data, and structure tailored solutions · Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in sales, underwriting, product, and operations · Proficiency in business communication in English; additional regional languages are an advantage · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related discipline; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., insurance or financial planning certifications) are beneficial · Comfort with a hybrid work model, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and accountability in both office and remote settings · Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate consulting, or account management is preferred, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector
