Key responsibilities Reports to the Business Development Director (BD Director), you will provide support in areas of maintaining physical and electronic filings, licensees list, generate invoices on a timely manner, update brands directory websites and ensure proper links from licensees' websites. Regular communications with licensees are required Track, follow-ups and monitor compliance issues/concerns related to the term and conditions of trade agreements Work with website registries and e-commerce platforms to ensure proper registrations and check on infringements on domain registrations Work with associates to update shipping information on the customs systems on a timely manner Assist the BD Director with any other matter with a view to growing the licensing business Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Requirements At least an ITE/diploma holder with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in international trades Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients) Independent with good follow-up skills and strong sense of responsibilities and intuition Good knowledge on social media and e-commerce platform Singaporeans are welcome
