Job Description Monthly perform closing timetable, ensuring that general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Report timely and accurate information in accordance with appropriate global / statutory standards. Provide management with reports of monthly close analyses in a timely manner. Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, as appropriate and provide analysis of accounting information as required Process FA transactions in FA sub-ledger/module and make sure all required supporting materials are ready before processing Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions Prepare audit PBC list, coordinate and support internal/external audit Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports. Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results. Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings Participate in special projects as requested. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as an independent General Ledger (GL) Accountant. Experience in Fixed Assets (FA) accounting is an added advantage. Experience supporting or servicing China entities is preferred. Solid understanding of China GAAP and/or US GAAP, including relevant accounting practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QAD) and Hyperion is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail. Able to communicate effectively to support Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
