SHIPPING CLERK

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to handle our end-to-end bag import/export logistics and shipping operations. You will coordinate with forwarders, handle shipping documentation (L/C, BL, Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill), manage customs clearance, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Acting as the main logistics contact for overseas buyers, factories, and forwarders. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant shipping experience in a trading or manufacturing company. Responsibilities: Handle daily shipping operations, including preparing shipping documents and coordinating deliveries. Arrange bookings with forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers. Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other export/import documents. Coordinate with logistic firm, production, and merchandising teams to ensure timely shipment. Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery status. Ensure accuracy of shipment records and maintain proper filing. Assist in stock and inventory coordination when required. Handle system input and updates efficiently to meet operational deadlines. Requirements: Diploma, Higher Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. Minimum 3 years or above relevant shipping/logistics experience in a Trading/ Manufacturing Company preferred, candidates with less or no experience will also be considered based on suitability. Familiar with shipping documents and procedures (e.g. L/C, Invoice, Packing List, BL, Air Waybill). Knowledge of Multiable aiM18 ERP system and basic computer operations is a plus. Knowledge of export/import processes is an advantage. Responsible for timely system updates to support shipping deadlines. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Self-motivated, organized at work, and able to work efficiently to meet the deadlines of buyers. Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
