We are partnering with a reputable technology services provider to hire multiple IT infrastructure and support professionals. These roles span end-user support, systems engineering, network/security, and network operations, offering exposure to enterprise environments and mission-critical infrastructure. IT Support Officer (Fresh welcome as Junior IT Support) Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional technical support to end users through multiple support channels. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Support and maintain a wide range of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Assist users with data management, backup, and recovery solutions. Deliver dedicated IT support to management and VIP users with excellent service quality. Take on additional IT-related tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred. Possession of IT certifications will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese. Systems Engineer Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and enhance IT systems infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain system stability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness. Prepare and maintain project documentation, monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Requirements: Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience. Hands-on experience in systems administration and infrastructure management. Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies and platforms. Experience with VMware, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server will be an advantage. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese. (Senior/Junior) Infrastructure Engineer / Network Specialist (25K-80K depends on experience) Responsibilities: Perform daily network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure Assist in network project implementation and deployment, including configuration, testing, and rollout of new network solutions or upgrades Ensure network security, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution Support network security operations, including basic firewall rules, VPN configurations, and vulnerability checks Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network-related incidents and implement improvements Document network configurations, procedures, and change Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure operations, maintenance, and/or project implementation (experience in enterprise environments preferred) Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with: Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP basics, etc.) Network devices such as Cisco/Huawei/Juniper routers & switches, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPN, and basic network security practices Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent are highly preferred (CCNP/HCIP would be an advantage) Immediate availability or short notice period preferred ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Security specialist Working Location: Lai Chi Kok/ Tseung Kwan O Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support and daily operation for enterprise cybersecurity systems, security devices and security platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related incidents, vulnerabilities and technical issues across network, endpoint and server environments. Monitor real-time security alerts, system logs and network traffic to identify potential cyber threats and ensure continuous security posture. Assist in the deployment, configuration, upgrading and optimization of security software and hardware devices. Maintain complete documentation of security policies, device configurations, incident response records and vulnerability remediation procedures. Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to implement security updates, risk mitigation measures and security enhancement projects. Conduct security awareness training and technical guidance for end-users to standardize enterprise security operation behaviors. Respond to internal security inquiries and emergency security incidents, and deliver timely and effective resolution solutions. Ensure enterprise data confidentiality, integrity and availability by implementing standardized security control, backup protection and disaster recovery security mechanisms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven at least five (5) years of IT experience including at least three (3) years of experience in the administration of large scale security architecture. Each security specialist shall have knowledge of the overall design and implementation of the System. Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the Security Engineer , requiring a minimum of four (4) years of IT experience including at least two (2) years of experience in relation to the support of network firewall, intrusion prevention and detection system and security system Strong knowledge of mainstream cybersecurity technologies, security frameworks, vulnerability management and attack defense mechanisms. Familiarity with network security, endpoint security, data security and common security compliance requirements. Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+) are preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with mainstream security products including firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN and security gateway deployment and management. Practical experience with endpoint security tools, EDR systems and security log analysis platforms. In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux server security hardening, system vulnerability scanning and remediation. Familiar with TrendMicro, Sangfor security series, enterprise NAS/storage security configuration and load balancer security policy optimization. Familiar with cybersecurity compliance standards, security audit and risk assessment processes. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
