About you You’re a technically strong accountant with a commercial mindset and the confidence to lead both clients and people. You enjoy being close to the work, building trusted relationships, and playing an active role in the growth of a firm. Whether you’re coming from a Big 4, second‑tier, or mid‑sized environment, you’re ready for broader responsibility and a well‑defined progression path. This role suits someone who wants to deepen their impact - on clients, on team development, and on the future direction of the firm.
