What We Offer Immediate opportunities to step into long term, secure roles with a strong pipeline of projects Flexible employment options: full-time or casual to suit your lifestyle Very competitive pay rates and overtime available, reflective of skills and experience Local work; no FIFO, no DIDO and home every night Supportive, family owned company with strong values and positive culture Monthly company meetings & bi-annual family events Uniforms and safety gear provided at no cost About The Role We are looking for a Trades, Leading Hand or Skilled Construction Worker to carry out skilled civil works including: Road construction, footpaths, kerb & channel, stormwater, drainage headwalls, and concrete structures Read and interpret drawings, set out works with lasers or dumpy levels Operate plant equipment (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer – HR licence advantageous) Assist and mentor less experienced workers Deliver high quality finishing work and promote safe work practices on site Key Requirements Civil construction experience (road works, drainage, or related projects) Current QLD driver’s licence (MC, HR or MR desirable but not essential) Excavator or other plant operator tickets Certificate III in a relevant trade (e.g., Carpentry, Concreting, or Civil Construction) (desirable but not essential) Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings and set out works Minimum 1–2 years experience in similar role Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental standards Physically fit and willing to perform site labouring tasks if required Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team focused approach How to Apply If you’re ready to secure long term work with a respected, community focused company, we’d love to hear from you.
