Contracts Administrator - Commercial builds

Randstad is partnering with a well-established commercial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work secured, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and work across commercial construction projects valued up to $20M. The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of your projects from procurement through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and package negotiations Administer subcontract agreements, variations, claims and progress payments Prepare and manage contract correspondence and commercial documentation Assist with project cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting Monitor project budgets and commercial performance Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery Experience & Qualification Minimum 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction Experience working on projects up to $20M Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and variations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages and competing deadlines How to apply: Click 'Apply' or contact Hayley Wilson, Principal Consultant - Engineering and Construction at hayley.wilson@randstad.com.au or call 0407 447 248 for more information.
