Date posted: August 12, 2026 Pay: ₱19,000.00 - ₱21,000.00 per month Job description: HR Assistant – Job Description Position Title: HR Assistant Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR & Admin Head Role Overview: Provides administrative and operational support across key HR functions, maintaining high organizational standards, confidentiality, and alignment with the company’s core values ( Accountability, Relationship Building, Leadership, and Excellence ). Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Recruitment: Posts job openings, sources applicants, schedules interviews, prepares assessment forms, and manages applicant tracking files. Onboarding: Prepares orientation materials and welcome kits, collects requirements, and inputs new hire data into the GreatDay HRIS system. 2. Employee Engagement Recognition: Designs promotional materials/posters for new hires, monthly birthdays, and work anniversary milestones (1- and 2-year). Culture: Coordinates with departments for visibility of materials and assists with employee engagement activities. 3. HR Data Management & Compliance Database & Files: Maintains digital and physical 201 files , updating employee information and milestone tracking lists securely and confidentially. Compliance: Monitors document submissions (performance forms, internship paperwork, policy acknowledgments) and maintains compliance logs and audit materials. 4. Event & Training (Learning & Development) Support Logistics: Books training venues, sets up equipment, and prepares necessary materials (attendance sheets, evaluation forms, handouts, certificates). Execution: Handles event registration, survey distribution, attendance logging, and feedback consolidation. Communication: Relays announcements and reminders during general meetings. 5. Additional Tasks Timekeeping & Payroll: Manages intern Daily Time Records (DTR) and assists with payroll by processing employee DTRs. Policy & Tracking: Tracks employee violations and formats updated HR policies and job descriptions. Qualifications Education: BSBA Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, BA Psychology, BS Office Administration Graduate Work Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in HR administrative roles, employee engagement, event coordination, or general HR operations (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply). Engagement & Content Design: Hands-on experience using basic visual design tools (e.g., Canva ) to create engaging posters, milestone materials, and internal announcements. Event Coordination: Proven competency in organizing and executing logistical arrangements for internal events, training sessions, and employee activities. HR Systems & Tools: Familiarity with HRIS platforms Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for relaying announcements and interacting with employees across various departments. High Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with strong multi-tasking and time-management capabilities.
