Our client is a high awarded builder and boutique developer that has track record spanning over forty five years, with considerable capability in luxury class 1 and class 2 residential construction in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South and North Shore of Sydney completing projects up to and over $50M. They have continued to grow year on year through repeat business and based on their outstanding industry reputation and high levels of attention to detail. Due to project progression, our client is currently looking to take on board a Leading Hand in a brand new role to play a key function in assisting on site with the Site Manager and also the Project Manager on a major luxury house project (class 1) in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs valued over $25 million. The project is an Architect designed new build masterpiece that will be nominated for numerous awards, and will offer someone the opportunity to work on a project with bespoke engineering and finishes throughout. This is a long-term career role that would suit someone looking to join a vibrant, progressive and growing business that is considered one of Australia’s leading builders in the luxury construction market They are looking for people with the following background: Tertiary qualifications, Diploma or trade background is preferred On site, hands-on experience and administration / coordination experience Experience working on luxury bespoke residential projects is essential in either class 1 (houses) or class 2 (apartments) Minimum 3 years post qualification or apprenticeship and capable running multiple small – medium projects, and project teams Strong interpersonal skills, presentable and an existing track record of site based experience as well as project administration and coordination My client is looking for someone that wants to join a leading and established business with a strong work culture that is focussed on delivering great projects, and someone that is looking for a proper work / life balance.
