We help homeowners, landlords and agencies stay compliant and safe, with the client front of mind in everything we do. We're growing, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of our scheduling function and make it genuinely better, not just keep it running. This isn't a “keep the wheels turning” scheduling role. We're looking for a leader who doesn't accept “we've always done it this way” as a good enough reason, wants to understand why something isn't working, and then does something about it. What the job actually looks like Leading and developing our Scheduling Coordinators Owning scheduling KPIs, tracking performance, and acting on what the data tells you Identifying inefficiencies in current scheduling processes and fixing them, not just flagging them Working closely with the Operations Manager on process improvement projects Setting the standard for how the team communicates with clients, agencies and technicians Handling escalations the team can't resolve on their own Building a solutions-focused team culture: if we can help, we will Who tends to do well here People who've led a team before and genuinely enjoy the people side of leadership Naturally curious problem solvers who ask “why do we do it this way”, use data and good judgement to work out if there's a better way, and then make it happen People who are comfortable owning KPIs, digging into what's driving the numbers, and having the conversations needed to improve them People who know how to set clear expectations, give useful feedback and help a team become more capable and confident Solid experience in scheduling, logistics, coordination, or a similar operational role Confidence with systems and a fast learning curve on new tools What it's actually like working here It's a small, direct business, so this isn't a role where you sit above the noise. You'll be close to the work, close to the team and close to the clients. You'll have genuine ownership of your function and the backing to make things better, but we value considered improvement. Bring the ideas, bring the data, think through the impact, and be ready to turn good thinking into action. If you want a role where you're trusted to challenge how things are done, make a case for a better way and then help make it happen, you'll probably feel at home here. How to apply Send through your resume and a cover letter telling us a little about you. We'd also love to know why this particular role caught your eye.
