Property Law Clerk

The role provides legal assistance to a Partner and Property Lawyers of a Boutique Law Firm. The Firm We are a city-based law practice that is fast growing and seeks an enthusiastic Property Law Clerk experience to join their team. We have a strong team-based culture with the goal to provide a refreshing client experience. Duties Opening files, preparing cost agreements, archiving, and filing. Administration of conveyancing files start to finish. Preparing legal documents and filing court orders. Readying materials, fact checking, researching and compiling information. Communicating with lawyers, conveyancers, and clients to keep everyone up to date. Experience with PEXA, LEAP, InfoTrack, and a high level of IT competency. Solid comprehension of grammar. Strong eye for detail. Organised, efficient, have a strong work ethic and be flexible. General all round administrative assistance to the Partner and lawyers. About You Reliable, excellent communication, professional presentation and solution focused. High level of organisation and prioritisation. Take initiative, be proactive and work independently. Willingness to learn. High knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and LEAP Legal Software or similar is preferred. The Law practice areas include Property Sales, Leasing and Development Commercial and Corporate Litigation Employment & Industrial Wills & Estates Family & Children Hours & Salary This is a full-time, in-office position with normal business hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
