Executive - Credit Assessment

Join our Credit Assessment Team and play a key role in evaluating customer applications while ensuring compliance with company policies and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct credit screening and contact verification on customer loan applications in accordance with company policies and BNM guidelines. Assess and evaluate applications, recommending approval, decline, or cancellation based on established criteria. Verify applicant and employer information to ensure accuracy and authenticity. Perform financial checks and document verification as required. Identify suspicious or fraudulent applications through database checks and investigations. Ensure all customer information is accurately captured and updated in the system. Assist Team Leader in preparing daily operational reports and supporting process improvements. Guide and support junior team members when required. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Experience in credit assessment, credit operations, or a related financial services environment is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia . Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High integrity with the ability to make objective and accurate decisions.
