Import/Export Documentation Officer Company Highlight: Global Air Conditioning Manufacturer | Manufacturer of "Mitsubishi Heavy Duty" Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok Job Summary We are looking for an Import / Export Documentation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders, and assist with import/export processes to ensure on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation: Issue and check import/export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, and AWB. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with shipping agents, sea/air forwarders, and customs brokers for customs clearance. Delivery Tracking: Communicate with local customers regarding delivery schedules and update internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Warehouse). Cost Checking: Verify shipping and freight invoices against agreed rates before submitting for payment. Filing & Support: Maintain organized filing for all shipping documents and assist with basic monthly summaries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration , or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in import/export documentation or shipping processes within a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and shipping terms (Incoterms). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fair to good command of English. Good communication skills with high attention to detail.
