About Us Million Tech Development Limited is an established IT automation and IoT solutions provider in Hong Kong. We are currently expanding the market footprint of our new solution for hospitals and clinics. We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients. Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing key functions and the major advantages of the solution. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Job Requirements : Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. Comfortable with cold calling, direct clinical outreach, and building rapport with medical professionals. Aggressive, self-motivated, high team spirit and target-driven. Helpful, logical thinking, good problem solving and presentation skills. Good communication skills in Cantonese and English. What We Offer Base Salary: HKD 15,000 - HKD 20,000 (negotiable based on experience). High Earning Potential: Strong, uncapped commission scheme sharing 15% to 20% of product profit. Training & Development: Comprehensive product and workflow training on IoT solutions. Convenient Location: Modern office next to Lai Chi Kok MTR Station (Exit A).
