Encourage participation in events and referral programs. Venue Maintenance Support: Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and welcoming. Assist with basic equipment rental and sales (e.g., paddles, balls). *Employees may be required to work across multiple locations as part of their duties. Qualifications Experience: Prior customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, sports facilities) preferred. Skills: Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus). Proficiency with basic computer systems (e.g., booking software, Microsoft Office).
