JOB DESCRIPTION: Core Functions Recruitment, Account and Client, Employee Management Duties and Responsibilities • Represent the company at all times in managing vendor relationships with several clients • Responsible for weekly/daily executive updates and management of issues, risks and escalations and account management. POC for operations (Payroll Disputes, HR Subject Matter Expert etc.) • Endorsement of candidates for final interview with the client. Conducts job offers and pre-employment requirements to successful new hires. • Provides compensation and benefits administration to External Employees. • Monitors personnel movements and ensures that all changes are properly documented. • Answers employee inquiries concerning company rules and payroll verification. • Prepares office memorandum such as proper submission of timesheets, dress code, tardiness etc. to ensure proper compliance. • Issues disciplinary actions to Temporary Employees for infractions committed. • Handles employees inquires, complains, etc. • Ensures that clients are satisfied on the services provided by the company through service visits and climate surveys. • Maintain and update clients and Temporary Employees information into MIS. • Performs other tasks such as pay slip distribution, processing of certificates of employment and leave monitoring. • Purchase Order Management • Conduct interviews • Preparation of endorsement kit • Candidate profiling and matching • Account and client management • Maintaining of employees 201 files (per client assignment) • Timekeeping • Conducts site visits weekly • Provides counseling to employees with work related problems, personal problems which might affect the work performance and issues employee performance development plans, if required • Liaise with clients and ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum • Assistance in verifying invoices and following-up overdue accounts • Conducts employee orientation • Ensured internal teams on each account were compliant on all contract terms and conditions • Other tasks which will be assigned from time to time. Job Qualifications: At least 2 year HR Generalist or HR Officer or account management/service experienced, Preferably coming from the Manpower or Outsourcing industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts or multiple employees at once Good organizational skills and attention to details Ability to use MS Office, powerpoint and knowledge in basic AI tools.
