Management Associate

Position Overview: As a Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing business initiatives that optimize business performance. You will work closely with the CEO on new business initiatives evaluation and planning, study overall digital industry trends and the latest technologies, and provide actionable insights that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize business initiatives that align with ESD life ’s strategic vision. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover opportunities and threats in the digital landscape. Develop and maintain business models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize business initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations clearly. Support the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier or internationally recognized university. 3 years of work experience or above in business planning, business development, consulting, or as a management trainee. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
