Building Supervisor

Since 2018, our client has come a long way from its origins in Regional Victoria. Today, they are a diversified business with over 100 skilled and dedicated staff throughout Eastern Australia. They are seeking a Building Supervisor to their team, to be responsible for supervising building works within the insurance building industry, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Location The successful applicant will be based in the Sunshine Coast office and will supervise and cover sites in the below locations: Gympie Maryborough Hervey Bay Sunshine Coast About You To be considered for this position, you will have: Strong building knowledge and industry experience. Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in the Building Industry. The ability to supervise various trades such as carpenters, plumbers, brick layers, cabinet makers, plasterers, tilers, painters and experienced laborers. Good communication and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. A strong focus on quality, customer service and project delivery.
