As a Customer Experience Manager , you will be Responsible for creating and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in the store Ensure that every customer interaction meets service and brand standards Making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the store's financial success Analyzing customer feedback, service metrics, and operational processes Identify areas for improvement and initiate corresponding measures to continuously enhance the customer journey. Working closely with store management, ensure the team has in-depth product knowledge, works efficiently, and creates a welcoming and inspiring shopping atmosphere.
